Is Airsealed Marketing a pharmacy?
Airsealed Marketing is a concierge service. Airsealed Marketing is NOT
pharmacy. Airsealed Marketing is not reselling products/medicines but
providing a service at fees that include the cost of product, local
management, shipping and handling. Does my username works both on shop.airsealed.com and bulk.airsealed.com? Separate
registration is required for both shop.airsealed.com and
bulk.airsealed.com sites.
ORDERING INFORMATION
How do I order? Use the product search function on the left hand side of any page by entering the full or partial name of the product you are looking for or browse the products by categories. Your shopping cart is your order form and allows you to place multiple orders for the products you need. Once you have filled your cart proceed to the checkout where you provide your relevant details so we can process your order. Order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after you submit your order. We process and dispatch your order within 48 hours (usually same day).
Do I have to be a member to place an order? No, you don't. There is no requirement to become a member to purchase from Airsealed Marketing. If you do become a member you will enjoy even better prices and access to special offers. The program is free to join and makes ordering and reordering a breeze. Membership is primarily designed for customers who require refills and have multiple product needs. Ordering is made easier, you can track the status of your order later.
Do you offer bulk discount? Most products have bulk pricing. To see bulk pricing visit each product page and scroll to the bottom of the page where you can see bulk discounts based on quantity. Discount is automatically calculated once you add certain quantity of product to the cart.
Do you require prescription? No, we do not require your prescription, though it is better for you if you have it. We can not write a prescription for you. Ask your local doctor for a prescription. If you have a prescription we advise you to send us scanned copy to be included with your order.
Can you recommend how to use your products? All our products come with English translation of manufacturers insert. Besides that we can not offer any advices, recommendations on prescription drug usage. Please contact your doctor for more information on how to use our products.
Do you sell original or generic products? We sell both original and generic products. Most of the products we sell are made in Europe under strict EU rules. Our generic medications from India are manufactured in government certified facilities and meet or exceed the highest US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
SHIPPING INFORMATION NOTE FOR EU CUSTOMERS (WITH EXCEPTION OF UK) We advise that EU customers (with exception of UK) order only small amounts of India shipped products (up to 50 tablets total) as there is a chance of customs seizure. India shipped products are fine to other countrs including UK, as well as European shipped products to EU countries.
What shipping options do you offer? - All products are shipped by registered airmail priority (unless otherwise noted on product page). - Shipping cost is $15 USD per order for all countries. - We are unable to offer EMS or courier shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order? After receiving your payment, your order is dispatched within 48 h using registered airmail. Usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks to US and Europe. Registered mail needs to be signed for. Given transit times are average, we can't guarantee these times. If your order contains both products shipped from Europe and India, then these will be sent separately.
Should I be worried if my order is delayed? It is common that shipments are delayed due to various reasons even for 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind that there are a couple of possible situations that can occur with your order to cause possible delivery delays. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then exportation, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country.
What is your reship policy? Less than 1 % of all orders sent are rejected by customs and returned to us. In this case we offer free reship or refund excluding shipping fees. In case that parcel is taken/seized by customs or lost we will offer 50% refund or credit towards future purchases (you must provide customs seizure letter), in many cases we will also offer free reship of complete order. We advise that EU customers (with exception of UK) do not order more than 50 tablets of
India shipped products as there is about 50% chance of customs seizure.
India shipped products are fine to other countrs including UK, as well as European
shipped products to EU countries.
How will my order be packaged? To protect privacy of our customers, we discreetly package all products in unmarked padded envelopes resembling personal mail with the real return address. We ship all products in original manufacturers packaging, including boxes. We usually flatten boxes and discard un-needed extra boxes to save on shipping space. We do not repackage tablets! To ensure safe delivery we recommend you make more orders over time, rather than one big order.
Can I import your products? In general most countries have a policy which allows the importation of up to 3 months supply of a given medication without the need for a prescription, as long as it is for personal use. You can obtain information on the applicable importation policy by contacting your countrys Customs authority.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
What currency do you accept? Our default currency is US Dollar. We can also accept Euros for Wire transfer and Western Union, in this case please email us after you place an order for exact amount in your currency. No other currencies are accepted for Western Union. We can't accept Paypal.
What payment methods do you accept?
American Express credit cards - Advantages: Simplicty, no additional fees - Anonymity: very low - Cost: free - Your card will be billed as "ONLINE SALE LES ACACIAS GE" or "ONLINE PHARMACY"
Western Union and MoneyGram - Advantage: Simplicity, available in minutes, can be paid online with Credit Card - Anonymitiy: High - Cost: 5-15% (lower fees at local agent)
Bank transfer (IBAN, SWIFT, wire transfer, T/T) - Advantage: fixed fee regardless of amount, online banking - Anonymity: Normal - Cost: Europe - very low or no fee, rest - fixed fee from $0 to $30
