AIRSEALED MARKETING RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO ONLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT FROM THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER WITH US.

Airsealed Marketing is a concierge service. Airsealed Marketing  is NOT pharmacy. Airsealed Marketing is not reselling products/medicines but providing a service at fees that include the cost of product, local management, shipping and handling.

1. Airsealed Marketing assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with the purchaser to use products under the guidance and prescription of a licensed physician.

2. Airsealed Marketing  takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchasers country of origin. All products are shipped:
- at the full risk of the purchaser.
- in agreement of holding Airsealed Marketing reserved towards any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.

3. In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:
- a valid medical prescription was submitted to be sent with shipment
- a confiscation notification and a proof of reclaim (forwarded to the Food and Drug Administration institute responsible for the confiscation) is provided to Airsealed Marketing.
In this case, the purchaser is entitled to a reshipment of the full order at 50% of the original cost plus shipping and handling.

4. Airsealed Marketing will fully guarantee delivery only if all bellow conditions are met:
- a valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with shipment
- a traceable and recorded method of shipment (registered) is used
- the purchaser has provided correct shipping information
- import laws in destination country allow import of ordered product

5. Airsealed Marketing takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by the Postal Service.

6. If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be missdelivered and/or returned to sender. Airsealed Marketing takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this misdelivery.

7. Airsealed Marketing takes no responsibility for Money Order/Cashier Check payments lost in transit from purchaser, unless:
- payment is sent by a traceable and recorded mail service.
- copy or purchase receipt of Money Order/Cashier Check can be provided with shipment receipt.

8. Prices are subjected to change according to International currency rates and changes in cost prices without further notice.

9. Availability of products is subjected to change without further notice.

10. Airsealed Marketing takes no responsibility for dispatchment delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does Airsealed Marketing take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the Postal Service.

11. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable condition.

12. In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by Airsealed Marketing, products will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.

13. Returns are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable, excluding section (11).

14. Refunds are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable.

15. Order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted.

16. In the event Western Union, Money Gram, Credit Card or any other payment method is used, customer agrees not to make disputes or claims on payment, for situations as described in sections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), or for any other reasons that would violate any term and condition in our Disclaimer. Any charge back, dispute or payment claim that is attempted in contradiction of this Disclaimer is considered fraudulent and gives reason for prosecution. In addition, any future orders with Airsealed Marketing will be refused completely.

RAW, POWDER AND OTHER RESEARCH PRODUCT REGULATIONS

Airsealed Marketing powder, liquid and research products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and unless otherwise stated are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to vitro diagnostic purpose, in food drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by Airsealed Marketing for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use. The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Airsealed Marketing that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from Airsealed Marketing and/or materials produced with products purchased from Airsealed Marketing in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded.

The listing of a material on this website does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for its use in infringement of any patent. Purchaser has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from Airsealed Marketing. Purchaser agrees to comply with instructions, if any, furnished by Airsealed Marketing relating to the use of the products and not misuse of the products in any manner.
